1. Whilst registered for resale with transferweeks.com, we promise to market your week/s free of charge until sold and being dedicated to good service,  we are on hand for all parties concerned throughout the life of the registration.

2. Whilst registered for resale with transferweeks.com,  your timeshare is yours to use until the point of sale. We will put your weeks in front of a captive audience of thousands who are interested in timeshare resales.

4. On receipt of your registration form transferweeks.com shall verify your provided details, making sure your ownership is indeed authentic and all being well, subsequently you will be added to our Resale List and your week/s will be indefinately registered for resale  for a world wide audience of timeshare resale buyers to consider the purchase of.

5. Please note transferweeks.com ask for sole agency, meaning you are not to register with any other agency.  If you want to register with several agencies including ourselves then our registration fee is £200.  If you wish to register under our normal sole agency agreement then registration is Free.

7. To cancel this ongoing agreement The Vendor must send a letter to transferweeks.com giving 90 days notice or alternatively send a cheque by post  payable to transferweeks.com in the amount of £99 to cancel the agreement with immediate effect.
