‘Gift it’ to family or friends (however Transfer of Title Costs will be incurred)

Purchaser Frequently Asked Questions:

What does the Purchase Price actually buy me?  The purchase price buys you the Membership Certificate/Title Deed/Lease to your timeshare until the end of the Lease.  Ownership of the Membership Certificate/Title Deed/Lease grants you the right to occupy  or make use of your timeshare each year for the dates/time/week/s as detailed on your membership documentation.

What are the complete costs involved?  On top of the purchase price there will be the Transfer of Title fee to pay which covers the legal processing of the documentation, plus any transferweeks.com admin fees due. The Transfer of Title fee can range between £150 - £450 per week and is set by the resort.

Once I have paid out for my timeshare purchase, how long will it take until my new ownership documentation comes through?  After full funds have been received, a sale generally takes approximately 40 days to complete, however the resort or trustee company processing the Transfer of Title may work faster than this average timescale.

When do I legally become the new owner?  On completion of the Transfer of Title as carried out by the resort itself or the appointed trustee company, you will be automatically registered with the resort as the owner of the timeshare in question.
