1. Advertising in the 'Latest Property Section' of transferweeks.com homepage (see left) :

4 weeks publicity listing  - £18

8 weeks  publicity listing - £28

12 weeks publicity listing - £36

External Agencies may advertise their clients week/s Free of Charge -  note that transferweeks.com will charge a 5% of the selling out price when a sale is achieved.

2. Registering to sell your timeshare (with transferweeks.com acting as 'Sole Agent'):

Ongoing contract If you wish to register under our normal sole agency agreement then registration is Free.

3. Registering to sell your timeshare (with transferweeks.com on a 'Non Sole Agency' basis):   ` One Off ´ payment of £200

4. Registering to buy timeshare, and be entered on our Buy Timeshare Waiting List:

Free until a purchase is made. A small administration fee of £20 is only payable when and if a purchase is made.  This small admin fee will be charged in addition to the purchase price.

5. Fees incurred when weeks are sold:   transferweeks.com charge a market standard 10% commission of the purchase price to co-ordinate the transfer of title.  Additional costs will be made up of: the Transfer of Title charge as determined by the resort in question, admin fees if and where applicable.

Amount/s should be made payable to: transferweeks.com by sterling cheque and posted to us.  Alternatively, payable by direct bank transfer to transferweeks.com, please contact us for details.
